I've read two of Debbie Ford's books: The Dark Side of the Light Chasers and Spiritual Divorce. I find her better than some of the current pack of self-help "coaches." I don't find her writing to be particularly grounded. I prefer to go down in my pursuits. Good luck with the DVD.
