Hi Callie, Welcome to Barque. I'm asking each member of the forum to post in the Please Introduce Yourself discussion to help members feel comfortable with each other and to discern shared interests among members. It's hard enough in an initial face-to-face meeting, never mind online, for people to sense acceptance and inclusion. That's the intent of this forum, associated with the Barque: Thomas Moore blog. This year, Thomas Moore's book A Life at Work was released and the Barque forum hosted a free 40-part course, called Opus, based on this book. The lessons are still available for all to read and for members' responses. His lecture schedule for the rest of 2008 and Spring 2009 is posted on the Barque blog and will be updated over time. Moore's next book, currently titled, Writing in the Sand: Jesus, Spirituality and the Soul of the Gospels is scheduled for release in May 2009, to be published by Hay House. Moore may contribute to various Hay House events after his May 2, 2009 appearance at the I Can Do It! conference in San Diego.
